Located near Tarleton University, this small apartment complex consists of four units in each of the six buildings. The apartments are actually quadplexes and more like duplex living than apartment living. There are laundry facilities located near the resident property manager’s office. There are twelve one-bedroom quadplexes and twelve two-bedroom quadplexes. Each unit is located with a private entrance from the common lawns between the buildings.
