Thank you for taking the time to apply to one of our rental properties for you, your family or your business.

We have made it easy to access the rental application. Just print it, fill it in and email or fax it back to us. Or bring it with you when you come to view the rental home or apartment. It will make things go quicker if you can bring the completed application BEFORE viewing the property, so that we can get you pre-approved before you view.

The property manager will contact you to confirm that they have received your application.

Step 2.

Print the application and complete it (write as clearly as possible)
Note: All adults, 18 years of age or older, must complete a separate application

Step 3.

Sign and either email the application to qrentals@mail.com or fax it to 254.965.6539. Or you can bring the completed and signed application with you when you come to view the property.

Step 4.

The rental property manager will contact you to confirm that they have received your application and thereafter inform you if you have been pre-approved and of whatever the next steps are in the application and and move-in process.

Submission of this application with your signature authorizes the manager or landlord to verify information given, contact any references provided and run credit, eviction and criminal reports.
